THE SCANDEL OF SBI SYSTEMS BEING DOWN

The State Bank of India is the biggest banking network in the country. What happens here affects the whole country. It is a pity that since the introduction of Core Banking, the system is often 'down'.
This causes inconience to all the bank customers. What is worse is that nobody keeps any log of the outages of the system. Therefore, the system is going on merrily in spite of the inconveniece to the dealing public.

THE STATE BANK NETWORK REMAINS 'DOWN' OFTEN EVERY DAY FOR SIX OR MORE WORKING DAYS CUASING CONFUSION. WHAT IS WORSE, NO ONE KEEPS ANY LOG BOOK FOR THE TIME OF THE SYSTEM BEING DOWN.
IT IS LOGICAL THAT EVERY BANK BRANCH SHOULD HAVE A LOG BOOK ABOUT THE TIME AND DATES ON WHICH THE SYSTEM REMINED DOWN. WHAT IS THE SAFEGUARD FOR THE CUSTOMER'S LOSS OF TIME AND MONEY AND PRESTIGE BECAUSE OF THE 'DOWN ' SYNDROME. WHERE SHOULD ONE GO IN SUCH CASES TO GET REDRESS UNDER CORE BANKING WHICH IS DEPENDENT ENTIRELY UPON COMPUTER CONNECTIVITY?
